Wyświetl ten post na Instagramie. #PrzemocPlus #ToSzykujeNamRząd Wraz z Nowym Rokiem partia rządząca postanowiła sprawić kobietom i dzieciom prezent w postaci zmiany w ustawie o przemocy domowej, legalizując de facto pojedyncze akty przemocy wobec kobiet, partnerek, oraz dzieci. PiS bierze tu przykład z Rosji, w której tego rodzaju dopuszczalność bicia żon, dzieci, partnerek, domowników wprowadzono w 2017. Zawężenie definicji przemocy domowej będzie skutkowało brakiem natychmiastowego wszczęcia odpowiednich procedur zapewniających ofiarom bezpieczeństwo. Z definicji przemocy znika także przemoc psychiczna, której bardzo często doświadczają zarówno kobiety, jak i dzieci. Pomimo iż praktyka pokazuje, że ofiary są często zastraszane, będzie potrzebna ich wyraźna zgoda na wszczęcie procedury Niebieskiej Karty, co może uniemożliwić całkowicie wdrożenie na czas odpowiednich procedur i odpowiedniej ochrony kobiet oraz dzieci.
