✨馃彸️馃寛⚜️馃懆馃懆馃懅馃懅We are honored to have marched in the New Orleans Gay Pride Parade and also to Gays with Kids for allowing us to share our experience with the gay dads community. This was our first time to participate in a Gay Pride event. To represent who we are as two dads, as two husbands, and as two gay men proudly showing the world our beautiful daughters was so important and meaningful to us. To be surrounded by my family, dear friends and complete strangers that offered their love and support of our lives almost brought tears to our eyes. Reflecting back on it now seems surreal. I am overjoyed to have shown New Orleans and the world our happy family! Visibility is vital in our society, especially in the south. It’s time for our whole country to come together and unite to end the bigotry and hatred. Determination, patience and resilience will allow us ALL to get there together!
