Hello everyone! We are the Fontes Family @fontes_four_pack and we will be taking over the account this weekend! So excited!!! We live in Phoenix, Arizona and this weekend we will be doing some fun activities with our twin two year old boys around the house including preparing dinner and going live for a Dinner With The Dad event starting at 5pm PST! Hope you all can join us! We are looking forward to sharing our weekend at home with all of you!🌈👨‍👨‍👦‍👦🏡. . We are a very outdoorsy family and love to explore nature with our twin boys as much as possible! Tyler, full time stay at home Dad, loves to get them outside and always going on trips to the park, zoo, neighborhood walks, and short hikes. Daddies Peter and Daniel have been together for twelve years. 💕💫🏳️‍🌈 They live in Kent, UK, with their awesome seven-year-old son. 🙋‍♂️⁣ ⁣ "We became dads through adoption. The whole process — from information meeting to being placed with a child — took just under five months! This is one of the quickest approval and placements we know of."⁣ ⁣ As a family they enjoy relaxing at the beach. 🏖🌸 They take an interest in history and culture, and in their spare time they enjoy visiting castles! 😲⁣ ⁣ "The most surprising part of fatherhood is how much of an emotional rollercoaster it's been. Raymond, Robbi, and their awesome daughter live in Queens, NY! 🍎🚖🏙⁣ ⁣ The two became fathers through adoption in 2014 — Raymond shared his memories from the experience:⁣ ⁣ “We had about a 2-year overall wait, but then we only had 19 hours to get ready for our Daughter’s arrival! 😱 I remember we found out the day before that it was actually happening and that the documents had all been signed and finalized. I picked up my husband at work, we went to Buy Buy Baby and literally told the sales person we were picking up a child the next day. She laughed at us thinking we were joking but then I said, “No girl! It’s true!” and she helped us pick everything out. Then we celebrated with Korean BBQ.” 🥩🇰🇷⁣ ⁣ As a family, they like to go to the beach 🏖 and they love the ocean. Robbi loves to garden and has been passing along a love of those skills to their daughter. 🌸🐛 They always make time to cook meals together, do fun puzzles, and watch lots of Disney animated films! ⁣ ⁣ “Fatherhood has given me such a different and beautiful new insight into life. It’s such an adventure to see the world through the eyes of my daughter and I love how excited she gets about things. Also, people warn you that they grow up so fast, and IT’S SO TRUE!” 😩😍⁣ ⁣ “I never thought I would be able to be a father, especially as a gay man, but thanks to so many inspiring and proud gay dads out there, I was able to gather the courage to live exactly who I am. So thanks to the generations of gay men who fought for our right to live as who we are. Single dad Vaughn lives in Utah with his four awesome kids. 😍👨‍👦‍👦🥰⁣ ⁣ As Vaughn notes, the family is often noticed for their "vertical gifts." Vaughn is an impressive 6'7", and his kids are equally as tall! His eldest son (20) measures in at 6'8.5”,his daughter (18) is 6'3", and his two younger sons (15 and 14) are 5'11" and 5'9", respectively. 😱💕 We LOVE it!! 💕🏳️‍🌈💫⁣ ⁣ Vaughn shared with us: "I grew up on a 500-acre dairy farm in rural Idaho. I always knew I was attracted to men but couldn't ever admit it for fear of being bullied or, even worse, killed. The Mormon Church had never been kind to the LGBTQ+ community and I struggled to reconcile my faith and sexuality."⁣ ⁣ "I did know, however, that I always wanted to be a father. Initially I wanted eight kids and hoped to not only have my own biological children, but to adopt as well. I couldn't be happier to be a dad and I love every minute with my children."⁣ ⁣ As a family, they love to travel together, hike, cook, play games, and go running. They recently ran a 150-mile relay through Sweden 🇸🇪 🏃 and they regularly march in pride parades as a family. 🌈 💞 They most recently were honored to walk in the 2019 US World Pride parade in NYC! 🌎🌇⁣ ⁣ "I would never want my kids to be anything but their whole selves. Tj and Al have been together since 2007! 👨‍❤️‍👨 A decade later, and after an unfortunate failed attempt at adoption, the two achieved fatherhood through gestational surrogacy. 👨‍👨‍👦💕⁣ ⁣ They now live in the Philippines, which as they note, is a country still warming up to the idea of surrogacy. As such the pair kept their plans secret until the day their son was born. ❤️👶⁣ ⁣ "Everyday is fun and interesting! Witnessing your child's development is very rewarding and priceless!" 😍☺️⁣ ⁣ The fatherhood process has been super exciting for the two:⁣ ⁣ "At first, we both wanted to do everything on our own - I wanted to be the one to prepare the milk and change the diapers 🍼🥛 and my partner wanted to do all of that stuff himself! Then came the third and fourth week and we were pointing fingers at who would do what!" 😂🤦‍♂️💕⁣ ⁣ Thank you both for sharing your story... and we are LIVING for that tattoo! Meet Luke, Jonathan, and their 10-year-old daughter! 👨‍👨‍👧 She is Jonathan's biological niece, and she came into the pair's life after being in foster care for four years. 🥰🏳️‍🌈⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ "CPS contacted us...We were the last couple to be contacted since we had just married and same-sex marriage had recently been recognized in Texas. We immediately inquired and learned our niece was non-verbal and diagnosed with autism. We started the adoption process and nine months later we began to foster — two weeks ago we started the adoption process." 🏡 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For fun, the family enjoys taking car rides and visiting state parks! 🏞🚘 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “[Fatherhood] feels like the last piece to complete the circle of life. I always wanted to be a parent — but never knew until I was one — that feeling of purpose for someone else is just so rewarding.” 🤗🌈 @lukes_life_catacombs

Meet Daddy Kaimo, Ikaika, and their adorable little beach baby (who just celebrated his first birthday 🥳)! ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ This family lives in beautiful Kauai, which is one of the islands of Hawaii. 🏝🌞 Kaimo is their son's biological father, and has raised him since birth. 🌈 💕 ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Kaimo recalled a funny family moment a few days ago: "One evening recently when I was cooking dinner, my partner was next to me, and my son playing in his tent with his toys. All of the sudden it got really quiet...I turned around to see my son on my phone with the camera open taking pictures and videos of himself! It was the video I posted today actually!” 🤣📲⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ The family also likes to get out and enjoy their beautiful surroundings when possible. 🪁 ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Kaimo says, "We love to go to the beach, travel, and hike. [Our son] seems to find enjoyment in being outdoors. Which is great, considering we live in Hawaii!"⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Kaimo continued, "The most surprising part of fatherhood is probably the response from the public...seeing two men raising a little boy. Some people love it and absolutely love us. Then there are some that obviously have their negative under-the-lip judgements, which is cool too. We really don't care!" 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Kaimo also noted that, "My partner is the greatest step parent I could ask for...I'm so thankful I get to raise my son with someone I can count on and trust wholeheartedly." ❤️👨‍👨‍👦⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Thanks @kingkaimo for sharing your story!
